G. Thomas Williams practices with the firm's Estates & Trusts, Tax Law and Corporate Law groups. His areas of practice include tax and estate planning and involve business structuring, private foundations, charitable trusts, family partnerships and insurance trusts. He oversees client's tax and estate planning through all phases including estate administration and Orphans' Court practice. His practice involves tax and estate planning with clients at all levels including the drafting and implementation of non-qualified plans and business purchase/transfer agreements. Prior to joining Spector Gadon & Rosen, Mr. Williams was a partner at Hepburn Willcox Hamilton & Putnam. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and has a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
