Thomas G. Turner, is a Vice President in the Company's Transportation division. He has been with the Company since it began operations in 1997 and began working with the Comapny's predecessor in August, 1994. Working in the Maryland region since 1984, Tom has comprehensive management and design expereince in water resources, highway design, and transportation planning. He manages highway design and transportation planning contracts/projects and is responsible for management and marketing of all water resources related work for the Transportation Division in the Baltimore office. Other activities include: American Councl of Engineering Companies, (ACEC/MD - Environmental Committee and County Liaison Committee); American Society of Highway Engineers, (ASHE/Chesapeake Section - Advocates Director and Sponsorsship Director); Century 401K committee; and leading the Transportation Division's internal traning program. |
