Experience
Mr. Hagerty represents insurers and self-insured employers in workers' compensation claims in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He defends disability retirement claims filed by public safety employees of Prince George's County, Maryland against their pension plans. He is also involved in insurance defense litigation in the courts of the District of Columbia and Maryland.
