Tom Hall is Executive Vice President and co-founder of Graphic Printing Services, Inc. He provides guidance and support for our leadership team. Mr. Hall directly serves the needs of several key customers. He also acts as consultant for the company’s Direct Mail Program. Treating his customers right and providing them the highest possible value is Tom’s passion. His fifty years of experience in the printing industry have included every facet of the print business from design through delivery. This wealth of experience has prepared Mr. Hall to deliver a superior value proposition to his customers. As Graphic Printing Services, Inc. has grown over the years, Mr. Hall insists on maintaining a ‘small company attitude’ in order to continue servicing its original customers with consistently outstanding quality. In an industry where loyalty to the employee is usually determined by the health of the operating statement, Mr. Hall has retained most of his employees from his original printing operation. His management philosophy has helped to lead Graphic Printing Services, Inc. to earn honors as Best Places to Work in the Triad, and One of the Ten Best Printers to Work for in the USA. Beyond his printing concerns, Mr. Hall has been an active community leader. He served two terms as president of the Greensboro American Cancer Society chapter and personally conducted 5-day Stop Smoking clinics for over twenty years. His care for the well-being of his employees and the community in which Graphic Printing Services, Inc. operates is indicative of the care he shows his customers. Tom’s focus on serving his customers, his community, and his employees has been the cornerstone of his company’s success. Many of the customers who trusted their printing to Tom when he started the business remain intensely loyal today. Tom served his country in the United States Air Force where he produced motion picture training films for the Air Force. |
