Tom Tresselt practices primarily in corporate law and antitrust and trade regulation. Tom has regularly advised a number of the firm's clients regarding antitrust and trade regulation matters, including antitrust issues in the health care industry.
In over 20 years representing the corporate trust departments of banks headquartered in Hartford, Boston and Minneapolis, he has participated in numerous financing transactions, including private placements, leveraged leases, debt financings under the Trust Indenture Act, and bond issues.
Following his graduation from the University of Michigan Law School, Tom served as an Officer in the United States Navy.
