Tom Koegel, a partner in the San Francisco office of Folger Levin & Kahn LLP, is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A., with highest honors, 1983; Phi Beta Kappa) and the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law (J.D., 1986), where he was managing editor of the California Law Review. After law school, Mr. Koegel clerked for Judge Warren J. Ferguson, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Between 1991 and 1993, he was a lecturer in law for Boalt Hall's Moot Court Program. Mr. Koegel has been a member of the California Bar since 1986, and he concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of environmental law, intellectual property, and bankruptcy. |
