Thomas F. Campion is a partner of the firm, co-head of the Professional Services Liability Team and a senior member of the Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group. He has been with the firm since 1962 and chiefly acts as a trial lawyer for his clients.
Tom focuses his practice on civil litigation, including professional liability claims and disputes, particularly for law firms; products liability claims, for example representing major pharmaceutical companies as national coordinating counsel in pharmaceutical products liability cases; business litigation matters, such as bankruptcy and securities fraud; and employment law cases.
In General. Tom is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and certified as a civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He has served as chairman of the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Trial Attorney Certification and as vice chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court Commission on the Rules of Professional Conduct. He has served on many occasions as a lecturer on legal issues at law schools and bar, business and community groups. He is active as an author of legal publications and in community service. He has also been named in Business News New Jersey's Who's Who: New Jersey's Business Leaders. |
