Thomas E. Repke is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Washington, D.C. office. As a member of the Firm's Corporate Department Tom focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and general corporate counseling. He has advised companies in the pharmaceutical, health care, defense, homeland security, telecommunications, technology and media industries. Recently, Tom has had a particular focus on handling a variety of commercial transactions in the Life Sciences industry.
Mr. Repke earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from The College of William and Mary. He is admitted to the state bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia. His recent awards include: Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers (mergers and acquisitions, 2006-2007), Virginia Super Lawyers, (mergers and acquisitions, 2006-2008), and Virginia Business Magazine's Legal Elite for Business Law 2006.
