Mr. Randlett is a certified public accountant, who serves as chairman of two public company audit committees: a $7 billion regional bank, and a $4 billion public real estate investment trust (REIT). He has 23 years of experience with an international CPA firm, having served as managing partner and associate Securities and Exchange Commission reviewing partner, and 17 years in expert witness testimony and litigation consulting.
Mr. Randlett has provided expert consulting services in over 50 litigation related cases, with over 20 requiring testimony at trial or deposition. His cases include real estate, financial institutions, REITs, partnerships, community antenna television (CATV), construction, and transportation. Types of testimony include damages analysis and measurement, environmental damages, forensic accounting, business and real estate valuations, lost profits, financial reporting, auditing standards, generally accepted accounting principles, and cost accounting.
