Mr. O'Neil has 25 years' insurance industry experience with extensive background in executive leadership, strategic planning, brokerage and agency operations, sales and marketing, program and affinity management, merger and acquisition sourcing and integration.
Prior to joining Kinloch Holdings, Inc., he was the chief operating officer of USI Holdings.
During his tenure, he helped the firm grow from $50 million in revenues to almost $500 million. He was a key member of the management team that took the company public in 2002. After the initial IPO, he completed and fully integrated nine acquisitions - including the acquisition of Summit Global Partners, the largest transaction in USI history.
Mr. O'Neil began his insurance career with Continental Insurance in their fast- track career training program. After four years learning the carrier side of the business, he joined regional insurance broker Carpenter & Pelton, Inc., as a producer. Within 6 years he became the firm's president and CEO.
He is both a licensed property & casualty and life & health broker. He attended Leo University (formerly St. Leo College) in Tampa, Florida. |
