Mr. Naugle has served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors since October 2002. Mr. Naugle has been the President of Naugle & Company, a private investment and management firm, since August 1982. From 1984 until 1999, Mr. Naugle also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Barrett Trailers, Inc., a manufacturer of semi-trailers, and from 1986 through 1996 he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tulsa Winch, Inc. From 1967 through 1980, Mr. Naugle held a series of senior management positions at Cooper Industries, and from 1980 to 1982, he was Chief Executive Officer of Cooper Manufacturing Corp. Mr. Naugle currently serves as a director of AAON, Inc. and as a director of the Tulsa Boys Home. |
