Thomas E. Fruechtenicht

Tom Fruechtenicht is of counsel to Bose McKinney & Evans in addition to his role as senior vice president of the firm's governmental relations affiliate, Bose Public Affairs Group LLC. Mr. Fruechtenicht has been a practicing attorney since 1965. He was elected to the Indiana House of Representatives in 1972 and was re-elected for five consecutive terms. As state representative, he was elected House assistant minority caucus chairman, served as chairman of the House Public Policy Committee and as a member of the Courts & Criminal Code and Judiciary committees.
After 10 years as a representative, where he developed extensive legislative skills in financial institutions, utility, and alcoholic beverage legislation, Mr. Fruechtenicht began working in governmental relations as a registered lobbyist in 1983. Mr. Fruechtenicht's vast experience includes representing numerous clients before the Indiana General Assembly and administrative agencies. He has represented large corporations, small privately owned companies as well as not-for-profit associations.
