Noteworthy Positions: Mr. Dewey served as Member, 1972-1989, Vice Chairman, 1973-1989, New York City Housing Development Corporation, one of the country's largest housing finance agencies, having been appointed successively by Govs. Rockefeller, Carey and Cuomo. His experience covers all aspects of corporate and public finance, including underwriting, private placements, valuation studies, mergers and acquisitions, etc., with specialized experience in the public utility and railroad industries and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
