Thomas Vaughn is a member of the Health Law Practice Group in the Jefferson City, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. He practices in general corporate, administrative, environmental, and health care matters.
Prior to joining Husch, Tom was Vice President and General Counsel for Gelco Truck Leasing Division, Gelco Corporation for twelve years. While there, he gained extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiating, human resources (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), secured financing, environmental compliance, and real estate and acquisitions. He also was an attorney for Brown Group (1973-76) and an Assistant Attorney General under John Danforth (1969-73).
