Mr. Nieto joined Kerlin Capital Group in 2005 after graduating from Stanford University. During his undergraduate studies he was a Summer Associate at DASAR and Red Herring and was a Financial Analyst intern at Morgan Stanley. He graduated from Stanford with a BA in International Relations with a focus in Comparative and International Political Economy.Mr. Nieto has worked on a number of mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, financings and strategic planning assignments covering a broad range of industries. Mr. Nieto's transaction experience at Kerlin includes among others the acquisition of Kings County Truck Line by Ruan Transportation, the acquisition of Colliers Seeley International by FirstService Corporation, the acquisition of McCann's Engineering & Mfg. Co. by The Manitowoc Co and the buyout of a significant interest in a family company "Project Green", which included the raising of $250 million of senior debt. |
