In his practice, Mr. Ritter interacts with local, state and federal governments, and works with clients from a range of industries including municipalities, major utilities, real estate developers, banking institutions, cable companies, beer companies, auto manufacturers, insurance companies, science centers, aquariums, hospitals, bus companies, resource recovery authorities and numerous vendors. A former Speaker of the House in Connecticut, Mr. Ritter is a past President of the National Speaker's Association and has been voted a life-long executive committee member of that body.
