Thomas D. Renda is a principal in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights group. Mr. Renda concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, bankruptcy-related transaction advice and workouts in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, construction, and lenders manufacturing, health care energy and information technology. Mr. Renda has represented individual investors and lenders as well as organizations (both public and private) such as institutional lenders, REITS, retailers, manufacturers, health care organizations and construction firms. Mr. Renda has lectured on a variety of topics for the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, most recently on "What Every Litigator Needs to Know About Bankruptcy."
