Thomas D. "Tom" Johnson was named vice president - controller in 2003. In this position, he is the company's chief accounting officer and has overall responsibility for Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Credit Management, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities and Administrative Services.
Before assuming the position of controller, Johnson served as vice president - Finance for the Specialty Products segment. Prior to this role, he held positions of increasing responsibility in Finance & Accounting, Business Development, Marketing and Internal Audit. He began his career at Clorox in 1988 as a senior auditor.
A certified public accountant, Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University. He is a native of Rochester, Mich. |
