Thomas D. Brisbin Ph.D. joined WGI as President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2007. Dr. Thomas Brisbin has a track record of success in the engineering consulting business and a strong background in the municipal markets that form the core of our business. Prior to joining WGI Dr. Brisbin was the Vice President of AECOM Technology Corporation a subsidiary of AECOM the global provider of professional technical and management support services with clients in more than 60 countries. Prior to AECOM he was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Tetra Tech a Pasadena based corporation that provides specialized management consulting and technical services in the areas of resource management and infrastructure. Dr. Brisbin joined Tetra Tech after it acquired PRC Environment Management Inc. the company he founded and built into a business with over $100 million in annual revenues. Earlier in his career he specialized in water and wastewater studies and design projects for municipalities and industry.
Dr. Brisbin holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Northern Illinois University. His post-graduate studies include the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. |
