THOMAS C. THEOBALD joined the Company as a Director on June 4, 2003. Mr. Theobald has served since September 2004 as Senior Advisor to Chicago Growth Capital. From September 1994 to September 2004, he served as a Managing Director at William Blair Capital Partners. From July 1987 to August 1994, Mr. Theobald was Chairman and CEO of Continental Bank Corporation. Prior to that, he worked at Citicorp/Citibank from 1960 to 1987, rising to the level of Vice Chairman. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Anixter International (NYSE: AXE), a supplier of electrical and communication equipment, AMBAC Financial Group (NYSE:ABK), a financial guaranty underwriter, Columbia Funds, a mutual fund group, AMBAC Financial Group (NYSE: ABK), a financial guaranty underwriter, Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL), a real estate services and investment firm. Mr. Theobald is also a Director of the MacArthur Foundation, a Life Trustee of Northwestern University and a member of the Board of Dean’s Advisors at Harvard Business School.
