Mr. Roberts has served as a director of the Company since January, 2005. Following his graduation from the Military Academy at West Point in 1964, he served for five years in the U.S. Army. Mr. Roberts’ business career began in 1969 with Schlumberger, a multinational electronics and oilfield services company. During fifteen years with Schlumberger, he held a number of positions, including VP-Finance of European Operations; CEO of Schlumberger’s publicly-traded electronics subsidiaries in the United Kingdom; EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Schlumberger, and CEO of Schlumberger’s electronics operations. From 1985 to 1989, he served on the Board of Directors of Control Data Corporation and was President of that company’s Computer Systems and Services Group. Presently, Mr. Roberts is also Chairman of Pensco, Inc., a San Francisco based financial services company. |
