Thomas Pickering is responsible for the technical and administrative direction of all civil projects undertaken. His engineering career spans more than 29 years and includes 24 years as a private engineering consultant including 3 years in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Mr. Pickering has experience in land surveying, engineering design, and water resources, having added depth to the civil engineering service capabilities of Bury. He is actively involved and responsible for complete site designs and construction of a variety of project sizes, value and complexity for commercial office buildings, retail space, residential land development and industrial manufacturing projects.. |
