Tom Paschall is an associate in the Global Corporate Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Mr. Paschall is experienced in a variety of financial transactions, including public and private securities offerings, acquisitions, secured lending and joint ventures.
Mr. Paschall also has represented clients in fund formations, partnerships, limited liability companies, securities compliance, reorganizations, restructurings, real estate and energy investments. Mr. Paschall has performed extensive corporate, contractual and intellectual property work in the representation of Zuffa, LLC, owner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship® brand of mixed martial arts sports events and for other companies.
Mr. Paschall published his law review note entitled "U.S. Capital Gains Taxes: Arbitrary Holding Periods, Debatable Tax Rates" in the Southern California Law Review. His article was also published in the August, 2000 edition of The Monthly Digest of Tax Articles.
Mr. Paschall received his B.A. magna cum laude from Duke University with a dual major in Economics and Political Science, receiving Latin Honors in Economics. Mr. Paschall received his J.D. from University of Southern California School of Law, where he was staff member of the Southern California Law Review. Mr. Paschall is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. |
