Prior to joining Downer & Company in 1977, Mr. Munnell had developed a foundation of extensive experience in the area of corporate strategic planning and technical management. Beginning in 1966 as an associate consultant with McKinsey & Co., he then joined Honeywell Information Systems in 1969, where he was an Associate Director of Engineering and later Director of Planning and Development. He left Honeywell in 1974 to serve three years with the William Underwood Company as Vice President, Administration, with planning and development responsibilities. Mr. Munnell holds A.B. and S.B. degrees in Engineering and Applied Physics from Harvard College (1963) and an S.M. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1964). In 1966, he received his M.B.A. with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. |
