Mr. Melzer joined as a board member in 2001. He is Managing Director and a founder of RiverVest Venture Partners, and also serves on the boards of Centerre Healthcare, Isto Technologies and the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation. Previously, he was the President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and served on the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC). Before joining the Fed, Mr. Melzer was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Co. Mr. Melzer holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. |
