Thomas C. Lynch has been a Director of the Company since February 1997. Mr. Lynch has served as Senior Vice President of The Staubach Company since November 2001. From August 2000 to November 2001, Mr. Lynch served as Senior Vice President of Safeguard Securities, Inc. From 1998 to August 2000, he was Executive Vice President and later became President and Chief Operating Officer of CompuCom Systems, Inc. Prior to joining CompuCom, Mr. Lynch had been Senior Vice President of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., a position he held since November 1995. Mr. Lynch is a director of the Eastern Technology Council, Armed Forces Benefit Association, and the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation. Mr. Lynch is also a director of Sanchez Computer Associates, Inc., and BecTech Systems. |
