C. Thomas Ludden is an attorney with Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, P.C., where he specializes in commercial litigation, professional liability, and legal professional liability. Mr. Ludden also brings to his practice extensive insurance coverage and appellate experience. He is experienced in handling matters before federal courts, and before the American Arbitration Association and the NASD Dispute Resolution. Mr. Ludden majored in Latin, Greek and Economics at Dickinson College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, with departmental honors in Greek. Mr. Ludden then received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. A member of the Michigan and Oakland County Bar Associations, he has served on the board of the Michigan chapter of the Federalist Society since 1998.
