Thomas C. Bigosinski is a Partner in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. Mr. Bigosinski represents private and public employers in cases alleging wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, breach of express and implied contract, ERISA violations, and employment-related torts. He also represents management in actions to enforce non-compete agreements against former employees, and provides counseling to management regarding personnel issues and union relations.
Mr. Bigosinski received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctorate in 1994 from Seton Hall University, where he served as Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review from 1993-1994. From 1994-1995, he served as Law Clerk to Honorable Geoffrey Gaulkin, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Mr. Bigosinski was admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey in 1994 and the State of New York in 1996. His publications include a case note on Cipollone v. Liggett Group, Inc., 23 Seton Hall L. Rev. 1791 (1993), reprinted in, 17 Advertising Law Anthology Part 1 (Jan.-June 1994). Mr. Bigosinski is a member of the Essex County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Labor and Employment Law Section, and the American Bar Association.
