Thomas Burt is responsible for marketing Nuveen's investment solutions to advisors and their clients which include institutional investors as well as ultra-high net worth individuals. Tom also works actively with family offices. He focuses regionally on the northeastern United States and Europe. Before joining Nuveen in 1997 Tom was an investment officer and analyst at Philadelphia International Investment Corporation a subsidiary of CoreStates Financial Corporation.
Tom earned his bachelor of science degree in international relations from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Philadelphia Society of Financial Analysts and the CFA Institute has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation through the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder. Tom has also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary professional designation. |
