Thomas Siebens has been a partner since 1989. He has been based in the Firm's London office for over 13 years.
Tom has been responsible for a broad range of international finance transactions. Over the past five years, he has focused on representing financial sponsors, companies and investment funds in leveraged finance transactions and financial restructurings as well as underwriters in investment grade, high yield and structured finance offerings.
Tom is also a member of the Islamic Finance Business Unit. Both Chambers Directory and Legal Business list Thomas Siebens as a leading lawyer in the area of debt capital markets.
Tom is a graduate of Yale University and George Washington University Law School. He is qualified to practice law in New York State and the District of Columbia and is a registered foreign lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales. |
