Mr. Price maintains a general civil litigation practice and has assisted numerous clients both large and small in resolving issues ranging from simple contract litigation to complex banking and real estate matters. In addition to maintaining his commercial litigation practice, he also focuses his attention on banking, workout, corporate and commercial law. Mr. Price has represented clients at a variety of trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Prior to jointing the firm in 2006, Mr. Price served as in-house counsel to a multinational product
brokerage and internet marketing company, and previously a partner with Suitter Axland , PLLC. Mr. Price is a member of the Salt Lake County Bar Association and the Davis County Bar Association. Mr. Price has also been a member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Davis County Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Layton, Utah.
