Thomas (Thom) B. Hollingsworth is Managing Director / Executive Vice President of Corporate Management Advisors, Inc. (CMA). CMA is one of the nation’s leading and most respected executive search firms in the U.S. Initially, the company specialized in executive recruitment for the financial services industry. Over the years, CMA has broadened its reach to include other industries, including telecommunications and information technology. Since its inception, the company has placed more than 6,000 executives. Hollingsworth began his CMA career as an executive recruiter in 1985. Over the years, he was promoted several times and held positions including Account Executive, Vice President Production Searches, Vice President Operations Searches, and Executive Vice President. Hollingsworth accepted his current position in May 1999 to direct CMA’s mortgage banking recruiting efforts. Throughout his CMA career he has been focused on building long-term relationships with existing client companies and cultivating new client relationships. He provides daily guidance to executive recruiters at CMA to ensure customer expectations are met. He is also involved in staff development and training. Hollingsworth brings management, sales, and customer service experience to CMA. Hollingsworth was formerly employed with Carolina Freight Carriers, managing a field office and acquiring new customers in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Later, he became manager of a more sizable market in Thomasville, Georgia. A graduate of Florida State University, a native of Florida, Thom earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1982. Thom is married and the father of two young boys. He currently resides in Mount Dora, Florida.
