Thomas B. Coleman has been a director of our company since April 2007. Since 1975, Mr. Coleman has been the Chief Executive Officer of International-Matex Tank Terminals, a provider of bulk liquid handling services. Mr. Coleman also has served as the President of International Tank Terminals, L.L.C., a provider of bulk liquid handling services, since 1972. Mr. Coleman has over 40 years experience in the energy services industry. In addition, he has served as Chairman of the Board of the Independent Liquid Terminals Association and of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a director of Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc., an energy transportation services company. Mr. Coleman has degrees in Business and Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. |
