Mr. Cassidy, a member, concentrates his practice in the areas of general business representation and banking. His practice includes general business advice and various forms of commercial/business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dealership, franchising and licensing agreements, joint venture and joint development agreements, asset purchase agreements, financing agreements and manufacturing agreements. Mr. Cassidy also provides a broad range of legal services for financial institutions, including advice regarding banking and consumer protection laws and regulations.
Experience
Mr. Cassidy also has extensive experience in business litigation before all levels of state and federal courts, as well as various administrative agencies. He was an assistant attorney general for the State of Illinois, assigned to the Illinois Commerce Commission from 1970 to 1972.
