Thomas A. Winstead has served as Vice President of the East Division since 1998. He joined the Company in 1985 as a Branch Manager and has also served as East Regional Operations Manager from 1990 to 1997. He is a graduate of Atlantic Christian College with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education. Mr. Winstead has more than 22 years experience in the solid waste industry. |
