Health Care Litigation

Tom Rottinghaus focuses his trial practice on hospital liability, professional negligence, and personal injury litigation. He has tried cases in Missouri and Kansas state courts and routinely handles cases in the federal courts of Missouri and Kansas. He has been practicing law for 11 years.

Mr. Rottinghaus was recently named one of Missouri's "Up and Coming Lawyers" and was named as one of 22 "Future Stars" in Missouri in Benchmark Litigation's 2008 Edition.

Health care groups have consulted with him to address risk management issues in their fields.
