Thomas A. Page was elected to the Board of Directors on April 14, 2003. Mr. Page is the former Chairman of the Board of Enova Corporation and San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) and served at various times as its Chief Operating Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Page held executive positions at Gulf States Utilities in Beaumont, Texas, and at Wisconsin Power and Light in Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Page earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and his Masters in Industrial Administration from Purdue University, where he was awarded a Doctorate in Management in 1994. He has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and Professional Engineer. He is an elected member of the Grossmont Union High School District Board of Education and a director of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Page is Chairman of Cuyamaca Bank, a Director of Leap Wireless International, Targeted Molecules Corp., and Metallic Power, and an Advisory Director of Sorrento Ventures, a venture capital firm. |
