Mr. Hickey has practiced law since 1976. His extensive trial and appellate experience at all levels of Federal and State courts, as well as in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, includes general commercial, construction, labor and employment, contracts, real estate, corporate and administrative law. He has represented a diverse clientele consisting of corporations, retail companies, securities firms, manufacturing, construction and engineering companies, sureties, architects, State and local government agencies, business executives, consultants and domestic and foreign banks. He has written numerous articles and lectured extensively on litigation, labor and employment and construction matters.
