Theresa was named vice president and chief financial officer in 2007.
Theresa joined SDI’s corporate finance team in 1998 and has held various corporate finance and accounting positions, including chief accounting officer. In 2005, she was promoted to vice president and corporate controller. During her tenure at Steel Dynamics, Theresa has managed public financial reporting, coordinated financing, overseen corporate accounting, and acted as a liaison with lenders, investment bankers, rating agencies, and auditors.
Prior to joining Steel Dynamics, Theresa was an auditor with Ernst & Young and worked for National City Bank. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and systems analysis at Taylor University and is a certified public accountant. |
