Kate Sullivan is an associate principal in the Transfer Pricing practice in Boston. With over seven years of transfer pricing-related experience, she has assisted clients with drafting documentation for penalty protection, establishing transfer pricing policies for planning purposes, filing and negotiating Advanced Pricing Agreements, establishing and maintaining cost sharing arrangements, and audit defense. Ms. Sullivan has worked on both domestic and international transfer pricing issues with clients in a number of industries, including medical products, high technology, semiconductor, biotechnology, computer software, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and agricultural machinery. Prior to joining CRA, Ms. Sullivan worked in the Transfer Pricing group at a Big Four accounting firm. |
