~Theresa Piscitelli joined Monday Properties in 2005 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in real estate accounting and finance, and her expertise includes investment analysis, asset management and project development. Previously, Ms. Piscitelli worked with Tishman Speyer Properties, most recently as a Senior Director overseeing the firm’s financial reporting to private and institutional investment partners. Earlier, she served as controller with Feldman Equities, a New York real estate owner and developer; and as an auditor with Kenneth Leventhal & Co., a public accounting firm specializing in real estate. Ms. Piscitelli received a bachelor’s degree in public accountancy from Long Island University, and is a certified public accountant. |
