Theresa Hilliard has served as Leor’s Controller since September 2005. Ms. Hilliard has over 25 years experience in oil and gas accounting and information systems implementation. During her 20-year career with Pennzoil Company in Houston, Ms. Hilliard worked in all of the functional accounting departments (revenue, audit, joint interest, accounts payable, accounts receivable, production and payroll) handling both offshore and onshore properties. She served as the manager for onshore accounting and later as the budget and planning coordinator for offshore operations. After Pennzoil disposed of its oil and gas assets, Ms. Hilliard joined EOG Resources in information systems where she coordinated the design and implementation of systems for accounts payable, AFE proposals/approvals, and other oil and gas functions. At Mr. Scott’s invitation, she joined Baker Energy to spearhead a new type of contract, among other activities. In mid-2005, again at Mr. Scott’s request, she joined Leor. Ms. Hilliard received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
