Theresa M. Ringle
Profile : Theresa Ringle is a partner in the Litigation, Construction and Appellate Groups and also is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Ringle's construction litigation practice includes defective workmanship, failed products, delay claims, bidding and other contract disputes. She is well versed in construction contract negotiations for contractors, designers, private/public owners and churches. Her experience also includes arbitration, civil and business litigation in state and federal courts with jury and bench trial experience. She has litigated matters involving breach of contract issues, insurance coverage (including bad faith claims), environmental contamination, mortgage fraud, securities fraud and copyright infringement. Ms. Ringle's experience extends to ownership disputes, including breach of duty, failed business transactions and acquisitions. She also is experienced in state and federal appeals, including defense of special education administrative decisions. Ms. Ringle received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1999 and her bachelor of architecture and bachelor of environmental science degrees from Ball State University in 1993. While in law school, she served as the executive articles director for the Indiana Law Review, she received Dean's List honors and was a member of the Moot Court Order of Barristers, the Women's Caucus and Phi Delta Phi. She received her license as an architect in the State of Indiana in 1996 and previously worked for one of Indiana's largest architecture/engineering firms. Ms. Ringle is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana and all state courts in the State of Indiana.
