Theresa Corona focuses her practice in the Compensation and Employee Benefits practice group. She counsels clients regarding health and welfare benefit plan issues, qualified retirement plans, equity plans, nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, and payroll and fringe benefits issues.
Prior to joining Leonard, Street and Deinard, Theresa was employed as an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation department of a large law firm in Chicago, and later with the tax department at Indiana University, concentrating in nonresident alien and payroll taxation issues.
