Ms. Foudy is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation department. She represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation, including class-action securities fraud, white collar criminal matters, and general commercial disputes. Recent representative matters include In re Enron Corp. Securities, Derivatives and ERISA Litigation, Dayan Enterprises Inc. vs. Nautica Apparel, Inc. and In re MSC Industrial Direct Securities Litigation. Ms. Foudy came to the Firm following four years as an appellate attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the New York Court of Appeals, along with being the Office’s Civil Litigation Coordinator. Ms. Foudy also clerked for the Hon. Dolores Sloviter, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
