As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney, Ted has participated in the prosecution of high-profile politicians and organized crime figures, both at the trial and appellate level. Over the years, Ted has continued working on white-collar criminal defense matters. He conducts internal corporate investigations and participates in high-profile criminal cases in New Jersey and other parts of the United States. He has handled many Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money movement cases and is knowledgeable on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
In the technology area, and particularly in the computer field, he has drafted almost every type of technology agreement. Ted frequently authors articles and speaks about computer technology issues.
