Theodore S. Wickersham graduated from Harvard College in 1961 and the University of California School of Law at Berkeley in 1964. He is admitted to practice in the states of California and New York. Prior to joining McLaughlin & Stern in 1998, Mr. Wickersham was a partner at Bryan Cave LLP and Turk, Marsh, Kelly & Hoare in New York City.
His concentration has been in estate planning and administration, including specialized trusts such as qualified personal residence trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and supplemental needs trusts.
His areas of concentration are estate planning, business continuation planning, Federal and state and transfer taxation, elder law and real estate. He has worked as well with private foundations and closely held corporations.
He is a director of various non-profit organizations including the Arthritis Foundation (New York Chapter) and is a member of the New York State, New York City and American Bar Associations. |
