Theodore R. Martin Ted is an associate in the Lexington, Kentucky office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He has practiced at both the administrative and judicial level in Kentucky, including state and federal courts located throughout the Commonwealth. Ted has extensive experience in the legal issues affecting interscholastic athletics. Currently, his focus is on administrative proceedings and commercial litigation.
