Hartl has represented bankruptcy trustees, debtors and creditors in a wide range of bankruptcy matters. He represents interested parties in the prosecution and defense of adversary proceedings and contested matters arising under virtually every chapter of the Bankruptcy Code. He also devotes a portion of his practice to representing corporate and individual clients in commercial disputes, and has represented clients’ interests in state and federal courts in Colorado, Florida, Delaware and Illinois.Before entering private practice, Ted served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald E. Cordova, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, and as a law clerk to the Honorable Joette Katz, Associate Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court.Ted holds a B.A. degree in political science and a B.S. in business (both from Washington University); he graduated with honors from Vermont Law School. |
