Theodore "Ted" C. Roman is Senior Vice President, Sales, Pernod Ricard USA. Since assuming his current position in 2004, Roman has led the development of Pernod Ricard's proprietary "ACE" program, a collaborative process that shifts resources and accountability to the field and enables distributors and the Pernod Ricard sales teams to focus on their respective strengths.
Roman also played a key role in the realignment of Pernod Ricard's distributor network following the acquisition of Allied Domecq. Roman joined Pernod Ricard USA as Vice President, Sales, Eastern Division in 1999 after a stint as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Beverage Marketing Technologies. Previously, Roman was Vice President, Sales at Heublein, Inc., where he headed the company's largest unit, the John G. Martin Division.
Roman is a graduate of Trinity College, Hartford, CT., with a BS in Mathematics. |
